Please read the instructions thoroughly before completing the application for rent.
1. Please complete a separate application for each adult over the age of 18 that will be occupying the property. There is a non-refundable tenant screening/credit check fee of $40.00, per applicant.
2. The application must be signed prior to processing. The average processing time is 3 working days. Please note, in unique circumstances the screening could exceed the 3 working day period.
3. Rental properties will not be shown without approved application(s). Applications will be accepted when the rental property is vacant and/or ready to be shown.
4. By submitting your application and providing us with the fee, you will be authorizing Hollister Rental Properties to run a full credit check.
