Hollister Rental Properties knows how to prioritize for our clients. We will meet with you to discuss your needs. The first consultation is free. At the end of the session, you will understand the services we provide and what is needed from you to have your property ready to rent. We use the California Association of Realtors forms; a sample will be provided during our consultation. We are sensitive to the environment which means all correspondence will be conducted via email, with our clients. In the event there is no email available, hard copies of documentation will be provided via regular mail.
